Kingtaka Terms and Conditions — Player Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to kingtaka. These terms and conditions govern your use of the kingtaka platform, accessible at kingtaka.club, including all games, wallet features, and related services. By accessing kingtaka, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Kingtaka reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of kingtaka after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of kingtaka, regardless of whether they access the platform via a web browser, the kingtaka mobile app, or any other method. The platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh who are of legal gaming age.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on kingtaka. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Kingtaka reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension.
2. Each individual is permitted to hold only one kingtaka account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, phone number, and any other details requested by kingtaka. Providing false information violates these terms and may lead to account closure.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kingtaka login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact kingtaka support immediately.
5. Kingtaka may require identity verification (KYC) before processing certain withdrawals. This is standard practice and exists to protect players from fraud. You agree to cooperate with any verification requests promptly.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms

1. Kingtaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are supported at this time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
2. The minimum deposit on kingtaka is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. These limits may be adjusted by kingtaka at any time, with changes reflected on the wallet page.
3. Deposits are credited to your kingtaka wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact kingtaka support with your transaction reference number.
4. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes. However, kingtaka reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required or suspicious activity has been detected.
5. Kingtaka does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their standard transaction fees, which are outside of kingtaka's control.
6. All funds deposited on kingtaka must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and your account suspended.
7. If kingtaka detects that a player has deposited funds and placed minimal or no bets before requesting a withdrawal, kingtaka reserves the right to investigate the transaction for potential money laundering or abuse before processing the withdrawal.

4. Game Rules & Provably Fair System

1. All games on kingtaka — including Happy Fishing, Tower, Blocky Block, Golden Bank, Roulette, and Sports Betting — operate using provably fair algorithms or licensed third-party game engines. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by kingtaka or any player.
2. Once a bet is placed and confirmed on kingtaka, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Ensure you have reviewed your bet amount and selection before confirming.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, kingtaka reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet amount. Kingtaka is not liable for any winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning round.
4. Sports betting odds on kingtaka are set based on available market data and may change at any time before an event begins. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
5. Kingtaka reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game or market. These limits may vary by game type and by player account.
6. Players are expected to play games on kingtaka for personal entertainment purposes. Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on kingtaka is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

1. Kingtaka may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion comes with specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds received on kingtaka are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
3. Kingtaka reserves the right to revoke any bonus or promotional credit if it determines that the player has abused the offer, created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or otherwise violated these terms.
4. Bonuses on kingtaka are intended for recreational players. Professional gamblers, syndicates, or groups coordinating bets to exploit bonuses will have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kingtaka. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

1. Operating more than one kingtaka account per person.
2. Using another person's identity or payment account to register or transact on kingtaka.
3. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game, feature, or system on kingtaka.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
5. Using kingtaka for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Using automated software, scripts, or bots to interact with kingtaka.
7. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards kingtaka staff or other players.
8. Sharing your kingtaka account credentials with any other person.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

1. Kingtaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the player has violated these terms and conditions.
2. In cases of account suspension for violations, kingtaka may freeze or forfeit remaining balances. If an account is closed for reasons other than violations (e.g., player request), any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned.
3. Players may request to close their own kingtaka account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's linked mobile money account.

8. Responsible Gaming

1. Kingtaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
2. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their kingtaka account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Limits can be decreased at any time with immediate effect.
3. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic, kingtaka offers a self-exclusion feature that allows you to block yourself from the platform for a period of your choosing — from 7 days to 6 months.
4. Kingtaka will never contact players to encourage them to deposit more money, chase losses, or increase their bet amounts. Any communication from kingtaka will be informational or promotional in nature and will always include a responsible gaming reminder.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Kingtaka collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using kingtaka, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
2. Kingtaka uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment information is tokenised and never stored in plain text on kingtaka systems.
3. Kingtaka does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services solely for the purpose of providing kingtaka services.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. Kingtaka provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and error-free operation, kingtaka does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
2. Kingtaka is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. The maximum liability of kingtaka to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

Kingtaka reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform — either via an in-app notification or through a banner on the kingtaka website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of kingtaka after any changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
